Phase 3: Asset Intake
Zero-KYC Property (Personal, Non-State-Registered): Items you personally own that are not registered with any government body — e.g., intellectual property, creative works, personal digital assets, custom equipment, private contracts. Register these freely; your wallet is your identity. No government ID required.
KYC-Required Property (State-Registered): Assets formally registered with a government agency — e.g., real estate titles, vehicle titles, registered patents/trademarks, licensed equipment. These require KYC verification to operate the property. However, your ownership remains fully active and recorded through TET Registry — your rights are protected regardless of KYC status.
Unsure? If your asset has a government-issued title, registration number, or deed, it's likely state-registered. When in doubt, select the state-registered property type below and our team will guide you through KYC during verification.
